Fear and Belief

As I see it, FEAR is the belief that the undesirable is inevitable.

Do not fear. No matter how bad things are NOW, you have no choice but to face them. No matter how bad things get, even if you have nothing else, you still have the ability to choose how you react.

We all project our desires and fears from our individual perspective, our internal experience, the virtual version of reality that exists only within our minds and we assume the world outside will reflect it.  When we make assessments on reality, we filter the information we consume through our beliefs.  We tell ourselves, this is true or false... because it fits or doesn't fit. Your experience followed by your choice of how you will reflect on that experience is what you believe.

With all the news of impending doom, terrorist attacks, global economic collapse, natural disasters, end of days prophecy etc... There are those who would like to see the world collapse, those who fear it, those who would benefit from people fearing it and those who know that no matter what happens to this world they have the ability to choose how they react to the changes.

If you lose something you care for, it's gone.  This applies even if you lose your life (the entirety of all you care for).  At your end, if you choose to see things differently, your last days will not be of suffering but of a curious awe.

Know that all is as it will be.  There is no need for fear, especially if you have no control of the outcome.
